This holiday home features a well-designed, modern open-plan layout that makes great use of space while keeping everything bright and airy.

You enter into a spacious living area positioned at the front of the lodge, with large windows and patio doors allowing plenty of natural light to flood in. The lounge is arranged around a central feature fireplace, with comfortable seating on both sides, creating a relaxed and sociable space.

Flowing seamlessly from the lounge is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is set in an L-shape with a central breakfast bar/partition separating it from the living space, giving a clear divide without closing it off. It’s fully fitted with integrated appliances and generous worktop space. Adjacent to this is a dedicated dining area with a freestanding table and chairs, positioned by the window.

Moving through the hallway, the bedrooms and bathrooms are located to the rear of the home. There are two bedrooms:

A twin bedroom with two single beds and bedside storage.

A master bedroom with a double bed, bedside units, and built-in storage including wardrobe space.

The property benefits from two washrooms:

A main family bathroom with a full-size bath, overhead shower, WC, and sink.

A separate shower room with a large shower cubicle, WC, and basin, adding extra convenience for guests.

There is also additional built-in storage space within the hallway area, ideal for longer stays.

Externally, the lodge is complemented by a wraparound decking area, providing a private outdoor seating space and easy access from the main living area.
